COSY SUNDAYS

Sundays for me are for big snuggly jumpers, cups of tea, blankets on the sofa with a family film on.  Ideally there would be some good food included along with some time reading the Sunday papers.

Sadly I do not always get to tick all these boxes but one thing I have got down is the big snugly jumper because of course that had to be the number one priority.

PLANNING FOR THE FUTURE & PLANNERS

I recently stumbled across a planner that is so perfect it is unbelievable and I bought it, even though it is an 18 month planner that started in August and I have months of empty pages, because it made my stationary heart jump with glee.

A little too much?  Probably...

But in all seriousness it has monthly overviews and weekly pages too.  Everything I could ever need to plan my life right down to a tee.

ABOUT ME // WORLD MENTAL HEALTH DAY

Today is World Mental Health Day, as you probably found out by reading the title of this blog post.  But what you probably do not know is how important this day is to me and why.

Despite posting pretty photos of outfits and focussing on the good parts of life, this blog unsurprisingly just shows a very small proportion of my life; my interests and me.  And the things I am about to share are something that I have only recently shared with some of my closest friends and that for a long long time I just kept to myself.

WHITE & WHITE // BEGINNINGS

There is something so fresh and clean about white clothes.  They look so crisp and chic until someone comes along with their mucky little handprints (I'm looking at you Meme!)

FALLING // STEPPING AWAY

I care a lot about a lot of things.  I am loyal to the point of self destruction, and try and see the good in everyone, attempting to bring it out sometimes at my own expense.

It is just who I am.

MOVING FORWARD // NEW TRADITIONS

A new place meant the opportunity for lots of crying on the sofa about how unfair life was and how I never wanted this to happen for starting new traditions and routines.

Ok so I wasn't that positive straight off the bat but new routines are scary, especially as I had my routines down back down south full of activities, play dates, friends, but then there were a lot of bad things that I got to leave there too which I tended to forget about in those early days.
