There are eight main sections of the book each relating to a different are to focus on to gain a calmer life. These range from relationships, to sleep to children. Then within each section there are tips and techniques to use and explanations of why this needs to be the focus with interactive pages to complete as well.
This book is perfect as a coffee table book or to have on your bedside table to dip and out of. I think the advice is useful and offered interesting insights but to be honest I mainly like this book because it is so pretty with its illustrations and photos.
